Unique Birth offers two levels of service. Sliding scales and barter are available for all fees, and can be discussed in your initial consultation.
Star Service
If this is your first child, if you feel anxious about the birth process, or if you really wish you had someone you could talk to about everything, this is the package for you. Star Service includes three prenatal visits, guaranteed labor support, and two postpartum visits. It also features accompaniment to one doctor's visit and two sessions of energywork. This service package gives us ample time to get to know one another.
Basic Service
If this is not your first child, if you already know what kind of birth you want to have, and you are happiest doing your own planning and footwork, this level of service may be more appropriate for you. Basic Service includes two prenatal visits, guaranteed labor support, and one visit postpartum. If your time is limited, our basic service package may be right for you.
Both packages include an on-call period of four weeks, free research, and help writing a birth plan. Whatever service arrangement you choose, you are welcome to purchase further energywork, postpartum support, or accompaniment to doctors' visits if you like.
